Tsugaru lacquer natsume tea caddy from Japan, dating to the Heisei period, with a rounded natsume form, multicoloured kara-nuri pattern in red, yellow and green on a dark, high‑gloss finish, lacquered wood with black interior and base, dimensions Ø6.6 cm × H6.3 cm, 60 g, in good condition with minor wear on the inner lid rim and accompanied by a wooden storage box with a purple ribbon and an informational pamphlet.
