SAMUEL JOHN LAMORNA BIRCH (BRITISH 1869-1955) OVERLOOKING PARIS Watercolour over pencil Signed, titled and dated '1896' (lower left) 12 x 17cm (4½ x 6½ in.) The work is mounted, glazed and framed and was not examined out of its frame. The mount is acidic and the work would benefit from its removal. There is evidence of some discolouration to the edges of the sheet and some further discoloured mark to the lower centre edge.
