Made from a pale buff-coloured pottery that is quite highly-fired. It has a wide globular body with a small flat base, a fairly short neck and flared mouth. On opposing sides at the waist are two loop handles. The outer surface and inner mouth have been decorated in geometric patterns in black and purple fired-on mineral-based pigments. 26cm tall. Condition: Shallow chip loss to rim and repair to the neck and section at the mouth.
